Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Promote alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives, establishing and maintaining development standards and best practices.
  • Manage technical debt, drive adoption of DevOps practices, and identify opportunities to continuously improve development processes.

About Your Team:

You will be part of the Retail Digital Delivery team, working closely with dynamic colleagues and reporting to the Senior Director of Software Development. With about a dozen web development specialists on your team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate proactively and develop customer experience development expertise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in web development, including approximately 3 years in technical leadership, in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Maven, React, and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD) and experience with AWS cloud services or a Cloud certification (an asset).
  • Strategic vision and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, structuring and documenting them rigorously and delivering results efficiently.
