About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to join our team at TEEMA Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving technical direction and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical direction for delivering scalable distributed services and applications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of cross-functional projects
  • Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of frontend engineers
  • Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the team's code, architecture, and processes
  • Collaborate with product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog
Requirements
  • 10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in React
  • Experience in stakeholder management and finding pragmatic solutions
  • Extensive experience in building and managing large, highly scalable distributed services
  • Understanding of modern frameworks and techniques for building web application user interfaces
  • Experience with CI/CD systems, Docker, and Kubernetes
About You
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Motivation to grow and build on the Senior React Developer role
  • Experience with big data technology and security in an enterprise environment
