At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician IV to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to facility-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed HVAC/Refrigeration Technician.
- Valid Certificate of Qualification issued by the province in which the work is performed.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
