About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements and align with our enterprise architecture strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on solution design
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, with 7+ years in solution architecture
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale IAM solutions
  • Strong technical skills in IAM, including authentication, authorization, and access management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
