Sales Associate LensCrafters

Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong passion for providing excellent patient care and a commitment to meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
- Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
