About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Team Leader to join our team at AEO. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are always representative of AEO Brand Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising Expertise: You will support the Merchandising Team Leader in driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store is always visually appealing and representative of AEO Brand Standards.
  • Floorset Execution: You will drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
  • Merchandising Innovator: You will ensure the store stays in tip-top shape by owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. You will have a keen eye for merchandising opportunities and be ready to game plan with leadership and take action.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: You will support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
  • Guest Experience: You will ensure the merchandising team's top priority is always the guest experience. You will champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
  • Integrity and Safety: You will ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom. You will be committed to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
