About the Role

Ayming Canada is seeking a highly skilled Grants Consultant to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our Business Performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth strategy by identifying and securing funding opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess proposed projects and investments to support business development
  • Match clients with relevant funding programs and present options
  • Research and maintain up-to-date information on government programs and grant databases
  • Develop and write grant applications
  • Research new clients and prepare sample grant eligibility
  • Prepare presentations and executive summaries for client meetings
  • Support clients with government queries and project tracking
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, or Economics
  • 2-3 years of experience interacting with government funding agencies or relevant experience
  • Experience with hiring, training, and R&D grants is an asset
  • Exposure to Operations, Finance, and Innovation, and Human Resources Performance is an asset
