Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Consolidation and Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Canada Commercial Finance team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to various functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly reports with the Molson Coors Canadian Leadership team.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team to provide results and analytics for the Canadian Commercial Finance organization.
  • Prepare and review Brands and Regionals P&Ls with the Canadian Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • CPA or equivalent designation.
  • At least 3+ years of financial analyst experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
