As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting ground and in-flight training for a cohort of aspiring pilots, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ground and in-flight training for students, including regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with flight school staff to ensure efficient scheduling and maintenance of training aircraft.
  • Develop lesson plans that align with Transport Canada's flight training standards, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 or 3 Flight Instructor certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Significant professional aviation experience.
