Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, cleaning, and lubricating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Support: Provide exceptional support to our production team members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced production environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance or production role, with a focus on cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, basic math skills, self-motivation, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work with and around chemicals, and lift up to 30 pounds.
