About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious interior architect to join our team at OIKOS DESIGN CABINET LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes. This includes reading blueprint, schemas and drawings, as well as advising on selection of colours, finishes and materials, lighting, furniture and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.

A key aspect of this role is developing detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures. Additionally, you will develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interior spaces that meet clients' expectations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop 3-D models and detailed plans to visualize design concepts
  • Ensure designs meet ergonomic and occupational health standards
Benefits
