Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kinderville Childcare Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized environment, and assist with meal preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Support experienced Early Childhood Educators in implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Engage children in activities that foster their creativity and curiosity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Prepare snacks and set up rooms for meals and rest periods.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Availability for a permanent, 40-hour workweek.
  • Proficiency in English.
