Head of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Dispatcher to join our team at Swiftsure Taxi Co. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
