Opportunity for a Motivated Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ophthalmologist to join our team at Recruit4vets Ltd. As a key member of our specialty and emergency team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients and providing exceptional customer service to pet owners.

Our hospital offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with a team of specialists including Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Neurology, Cardiology, and Dentistry/Oral Surgery. We encourage a culture of learning and education, with a house officer training program that currently has 5 rotating interns and a cardiology resident.

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 24-hour staffing, 1.5 T MRI, 64 slice helical CT, Servo U ventilator, vapotherm high flow oxygen, endoscopy, 2 ultrasounds, and onsite Antech Diagnostics. Our Ophthalmology service is fully equipped with the latest technology, including the BVI Endo Optiks E4 Ophthalmic Endoscopy System. Edmonton, our location, is a vibrant and diverse community that offers a range of cultural and outdoor activities, including festivals, hiking, camping, biking, skiing, and snowboarding opportunities in nearby Jasper, Banff, and Lake Louise National Park.
