We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at AJP Facility Contract Management Inc. Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and fixed assets, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing valuable insights into our company's financial performance.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our financial records.
- Prepare trial balance of books, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
