Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the well-being of all individuals involved.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates on security operations and any issues that may have arisen.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support security operations.
  • Resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
