The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled NACE(AMPP) CIP Level 2 Coating Inspector to join our team in our fabrication shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our coating processes.

Responsibilities
  • Complete dimension and visual inspections of welded piping and structural steel
  • Record welders symbols, heat numbers, and radiography numbers on drawings and travel sheets
  • Prepare documentation for, and inspect hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure tests
  • Install name plates, coordinate inspections with ABSA, NDE Contractors, and Client TPI's
  • Complete Quality Control paperwork
Requirements
  • CWB Level 1 Certification
  • NACE(AMPP) CIP Level 2 Coating Inspector Certification
  • 2+ years of Quality Control experience in a fabrication environment
  • Solid understanding of ASME and CSA codes and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Flexible to learn new tasks or different client expectations
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to review numerous types of documentation for errors, discrepancies, and missing information
