Senior Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base, driving collaboration and sales within these relationships, and expanding our building portfolio within each customer base.

Sales Strategy and Partnership Management
  • Align with our sales strategy to develop and execute a sales plan in conjunction with the strategic account's leadership to achieve revenue targets within your assigned region.
  • Manage inside sales functions, including upselling existing customers on newly launched features, renewals of existing customers, and expanding building portfolio within existing customers.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales approach accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • French/English bilingualism mandatory.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
