Job Title: Program Manager, Health System Partnerships

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Health System Partnerships team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that improve healthcare outcomes and enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new programs that address the needs of our patients and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellence in healthcare delivery.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to address quality, safety, and risk management issues.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Participate in reporting key performance indicators and program metrics to evaluate the efficacy and sustainability of programs.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement and distribution of medical equipment and supplies required for hospital-sector programs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Lead or assist with the integration of client satisfaction initiatives and ensure that all referred client concerns and complaints are satisfactorily addressed.
  • Education and Development: Develop educational initiatives and support the ongoing development of field staff working with health system partnership programs.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Manager, preferably in a community setting.
  • Union Environment: Experience managing in a union environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients.
  • Driver's License: Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle.
