Job Title: IT Solution Architect Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Architect Cloud to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The successful candidate will have a broad-based background of technical experience and be able to provide Information Technology (IT) solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution evaluation and assume a technical leadership role as part of the core team on PDO projects.
  • Ensure solutions are in alignment with enterprise strategies and focused on business outcomes.
  • Develop non-functional and technical specifications for solution RFP documents.
  • Ensure solutions and services are successfully and sustainably delivered into operations.
  • Actively contribute to architecture boards and continued improvement of our practice.
  • Oversee the activities of technical resources to deliver solutions.
  • Work with project teams to develop the conceptual architecture design.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading solution selection, design, and implementation as part of a project team.
  • Practical experience communicating technical concepts to the business and project teams.
  • Experience working closely with business to solve technical and process problems.
  • Experience working in a utility or engineering industry.
  • Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple architecture methodologies and an ability to compare them.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a wide variety of technologies and how they are implemented.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • TOGAF 8 or higher.
