About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and make informed decisions to optimize project efficiency
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Plan and manage budgets, including procurement and financial reporting
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
