Job Description

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Performance: Create a high-performing environment for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Staff Management: Oversee all aspects of direct staff, including onboarding, performance management, merit increases, warnings, and development opportunities.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide one-on-one coaching to direct reports, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and interpret call center reports, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong professional relationships with cross-departmental teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product.
  • Communication and Escalation: Proactively communicate trends and internal/external pain points based on data analysis, and manage escalations from internal and external sources.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate processes for continuous improvement and coordinate efforts to enhance the support process.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proactively communicate key challenges, priorities, staff changes, or requirements to your leader in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Customer Support is required.
  • 3 years of experience as a team lead or Sr. Customer Support Representative is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar ticketing system is preferred.
  • Post-graduate education is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-type company is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience managing a downline with multiple Team Leads and multiple products is preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills are required.
  • Advanced coaching, development, and listening skills are required.
