- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our Optical Department remains competitive and innovative
- Provincially licensed optician with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an optical retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
