Grain Procurement and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Account Representative.
Job SummaryThis role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers, negotiating and coordinating grain contracts, executing grain marketing programs, and providing grain marketing strategy education to farmers.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and coordinate grain contracts for a defined client base
- Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with current and potential customers
- Execute grain marketing programs to meet budgeted grain volumes and margins
- Provide grain marketing strategy education to farmers
- Analyze current and future agricultural trends and service needs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
