Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a part-time Dishroom Attendant to join our team at The Kash Nightclub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the dishroom and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashers efficiently and effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Replenish condiments and supplies as needed to maintain a fully stocked area.
• Participate in the preparation and packaging of take-out orders, including portioning and wrapping foods.
• Assist with stocking refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Handle and store cleaning products in accordance with safety protocols.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and procedures preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
