About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Technologist to join our team at Tavanco HVAC ltd. as a Mechanical Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Carry out a range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical installations.
    • Estimate costs and materials for projects, taking into account factors such as labor, equipment, and materials.
    • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Develop and implement standards and schedules for mechanical installations and construction projects.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT software.
  • Area of Specialization
    • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
