• Sort and categorize packages according to destination and priority
• Count and reconcile packages to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality standards
• Follow safety and health guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing temperatures

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift loads up to 70 lbs
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to count and reconcile packages
