- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to inform business decisions and improve store performance.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Team player to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
