Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $162,000 - $198,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  2. System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new data management systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of data management professionals and provide guidance on best practices and emerging trends.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, with a focus on system implementation and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, quality, and security.
