We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Line Operator/Supplier to join our team at McCormick Canada. As a key member of our Industrial team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply and operate production machines to meet production targets
- Assist in routine equipment maintenance and change overs to minimize downtime
- Perform sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist in generating and tracking production statistics to inform business decisions
- Maintain quality standards by performing quality checks and troubleshooting packaging equipment components
- Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
- Ability to safely perform physical work, including pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete paperwork and data input in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant mechanical experience, experience with operating automatic and semi-automatic filling and packaging equipment, and SAP knowledge would be considered an asset
