About the Opportunity

Baptist Housing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Operations to lead the delivery of care and housing operations in our Lower Mainland and Victoria communities. As a Christian ministry and leadership position, this role requires a strong understanding of hospitality in the context of senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the delivery of care and housing operations across our assigned portfolio, ensuring high-quality services and resident satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our organization.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of caring and person-centred approach.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
