Food Service Operations Manager

Milestones Grill & Bar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance to meet high standards.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
