Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience in our store.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as required.
