We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Whitecourt, Hinton & New Edson Physical Therapy.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning and implementing physiotherapy programs, and supervising technical and support staff. They will also be required to maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, and teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to promote patient recovery and independence
- Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
- Confer with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients to promote independence and self-management
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
