We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Store Team Leader to join our team at Legal Supermart. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, managing store inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
