Job Title: Maintenance Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyman to join our team at the River View Hotel.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Handyman will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests. This includes tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including hallways, floors, and stairways.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for major repairs.
  • Perform safety and security checks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
