Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Your primary focus will be on gathering and refining business requirements, collaborating with data engineers and architects to define data models, and writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. You will also engage with stakeholders to present findings, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
In addition, you will contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement using Agile methodology. Troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing dashboards for better efficiency and user experience are also essential aspects of this role.
To succeed in this position, you must have advanced Tableau ADM, visualization, and report-building skills. Exceptional SQL skills, including performance optimization and query tuning, are also required. Strong understanding of data models and excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for stakeholder management.
