Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of workers, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the car wash facility to ensure it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work activities.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Environment: Wet/damp, outdoors
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
