Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at O GAM Food. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless food service delivery.
- Maintenance and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Sourcing and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within the culinary industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as relevant food handling procedures.
This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary range for this position is $35,000-$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
