Overview

Kingsview Kitchen & Cabinets is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our retail operations. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members and overseeing daily store activities.


Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position comes with benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.


Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising;
  • Leading and developing a team of sales associates, customer service representatives, and other store employees;
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions;
  • Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the General Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
