Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma but be willing to train. You will work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads while standing for extended periods.

You will be responsible for cleaning the bar area and washing glassware, serving food or snacks, and advising customers on wine selection. Additionally, you will provide recommendations on drink selections, train staff, collect payments, record beverage sales, store products, and order stock.

In this role, you will also take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, you will address customers' complaints or concerns and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willingness to train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Benefits

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 based on industry standards.
