Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a senior insurance agent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Become an expert in various insurance products and solutions offered by top carriers.

  2. Work closely with our back office to deliver customized illustrations and support clients throughout the application process.

  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business and retain existing clients.

  4. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

 

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of USD $49,900.00 - USD $151,333.00 per year.
