About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Floor Finisher to join our team at Zone Garage Calgary Inc. As a Concrete Floor Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Surface Treatment: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from damage.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings and ensure that all surfaces meet our high standards.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Floor Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
