Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Indian Head Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our gas station, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management and control systems to minimize losses and maximize profits.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and utilities, to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the petroleum industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
