  • Key Responsibilities:

    The Area Service Engineer will be responsible for undertaking service and maintenance calls as scheduled by our Service Desk team.

    As a member of the out-of-hours on-call rota, the Area Service Engineer will ensure full coverage to our customers 24/7/365.

    The Area Service Engineer will be responsible for the customer base within their own service area.

  • Key Skills and Knowledge:

    A sound understanding of CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire systems is essential for this role.

    A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is also required.

  • Working Hours and Conditions:

    The Area Service Engineer will be required to work within the Company's working hours, with occasional requests to work outside these hours as needed.

    The Area Service Engineer will be expected to adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
