Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our wines, including their history, production methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Welcome guests to the winery with a warm and welcoming approach, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with booking new reservations or group tastings.
  • Describe our wines and the story behind them, answering visitor questions with confidence and expertise.
  • Assist with the service of drinks and food, clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the winery remains in excellent condition.
  • Assist with the display and stocking of shelves, ensuring our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Support the operation of the retail purchase area, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management, contributing to the overall success of the winery.
Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
