About the Role

The Data Insights Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Surgical Program (Thoracics) by providing data analysis and coordination services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the improvement of clinical outcomes and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database for thoracic surgery data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights related to thoracic surgery outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and visual presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure data relevance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in health information management and CIHI database/reporting methodologies (CMG+, HBAM, CACS) preferred.
