About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Sonographer to join our team. As a member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing general ultrasound examinations, preparing and monitoring supplies and equipment, and operating ultrasound equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing general ultrasound examinations, including preparing and monitoring supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing and presenting patient data to radiologists.
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an approved Ultrasound Technologist Diploma program.
  • Sonography Canada and/or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification credentials as a Generalist Sonographer and one year recent, related experience in a healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Eligibility for registration with Sonography Canada.
