Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Over-the-Counter Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the Pharmacy Department in achieving sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  • Zoning the department.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
  • Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
