Job Description

This role is responsible for working closely with employees, managers, and other departments to support engagement, development, retention, recruitment, compliance, and compensation for TDW's Canada sites and some US service centers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related area of study, human resources preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of HR field experience, including employee or labor relations in Alberta location.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or services environment preferred.
  • Previous experience working for a global company, energy industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Canadian labor laws and employment practices. Some knowledge of US labor laws is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across various functions, cultures, and teams.
